Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and KPI trackers using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and success metrics
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and narrative-driven reports
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and lead analytics workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with focus on business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehouse architecture
- Experience in energy or healthcare industries highly valued
- Certification in Tableau or Google Analytics a plus
