Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Analyze customer behavior patterns to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and revenue opportunities
- Maintain data quality standards and ensure regulatory compliance
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Proven track record of building ETL pipelines and data warehouse solutions
- Advanced visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with machine learning algorithms (scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Certification in AWS Data Analytics or Microsoft Azure Data Engineer preferred
