Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Visualize complex datasets into intuitive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical models.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with A/B testing, regression analysis, or predictive modeling is a plus.
