Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end data analysis process, from requirement gathering to final reporting and presentation.
- Design and maintain complex data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
- Write optimized, complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets from SQL databases and data warehouses (Snowflake/Redshift).
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define key metrics and success indicators.
- Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling narrative.
- Automate reporting processes to increase team efficiency and data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related data science role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or BigQuery).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and modeling.
- Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience with A/B testing, regression analysis, or predictive modeling.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot data integrity issues.
