Responsibilities
- Drive Insights: Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) that provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality standards.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear business recommendations.
- Optimization: Develop SQL queries and scripts to automate reporting processes and improve data pipeline efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with ETL processes.
- Tools: Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
