Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop interactive, high-performance dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to define data requirements and analytical goals for new initiatives.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer behavior and market performance.
- Automate reporting processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Present complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tell a story with data.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design is a plus.
