Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and databases to support data extraction.
- Create interactive and visually compelling dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences through clear presentations and reports.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift).
- Strong experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proven expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with ETL processes and big data technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Snowflake).
