Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support data warehousing initiatives.
- Create interactive, high-impact dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to drive executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Document data models, methodologies, and technical specifications for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong command of visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts (ETL, ELT) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
