Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Management: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform deep-dive analyses using statistical methods and predictive modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) and executive reports that communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) clearly to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to define data requirements and translate complex data findings into strategic recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously optimize existing data workflows and automate manual processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Data Governance: Enforce best practices for data quality, security, and documentation to maintain a single source of truth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python or R for data manipulation, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and machine learning concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical data findings into non-technical business insights for diverse audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift) and version control systems (Git).
