Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large datasets to support business strategy.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Present complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Optimize SQL queries and data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Proven experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with Python or R is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
