Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify market trends and business opportunities
- Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines processing 10M+ daily records
- Create executive-level dashboards translating complex metrics into actionable insights
- Lead cross-functional projects aligning analytics with departmental KPIs
- Mentor junior analysts through our structured upskilling program
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven ROI impact
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Strong statistical analysis background including regression modeling and hypothesis testing
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI preferred
