Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries and data pipelines to support daily reporting needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and outliers that influence strategic planning.
- Clean, validate, and preprocess large datasets from disparate sources to ensure high data quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and operations) to define data requirements and reporting structures.
- Present analytical findings and actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Stay current with industry best practices, data governance standards, and emerging analytical tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (including joins, subqueries, and window functions).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
