- Data Strategy: Lead the end-to-end data collection, cleaning, and modeling processes to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and operational performance.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise reports for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in existing data workflows and propose technical solutions to improve business processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to define KPIs and track campaign success.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related quantitative role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Visualization: Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to diverse audiences with high clarity.
