Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop predictive models to forecast sales, customer behavior, and operational metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to validate hypotheses through A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations and data-driven narratives
- Maintain data quality standards and improve data pipeline efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data visualization and statistical analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and statistical libraries
- Proven ability to create compelling data visualizations and executive presentations
- Experience with ETL processes and data modeling methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience in retail, healthcare, or SaaS industries strongly preferred
