Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst, you will act as a bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for end-to-end data analysis, ensuring data integrity, and delivering visualizations that drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract and transform data from various sources.
- Create interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into analytical models.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders through presentations and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data simply.
