Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust ETL pipelines using SQL and Python to process terabytes of customer behavior data
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards tracking key performance indicators for 15+ casino properties
- Conduct statistical analysis using regression models to optimize marketing ROI and customer retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Develop automated reporting systems reducing manual reporting by 40% for operations teams
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience with gaming/hospitality industry background
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Tableau
- Strong statistical modeling experience with A/B testing and predictive analytics
- Expertise in data visualization best practices and storytelling methodologies
- Certification in AWS Redshift or Google BigData (preferred)
