Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business insights
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Design and implement SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create compelling data visualizations and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences
- Optimize data collection procedures and improve data quality frameworks
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and provide recommendations based on statistical analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering insights
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with database optimization
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in Python/R
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ETL processes
