Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud-based ETL tools
- Create advanced visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical modeling and predictive analytics to forecast market trends and KPIs
- Partner with product teams to define data requirements and track performance metrics
- Present complex findings to C-level executives through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and lead data quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analytics experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI highly desirable
