Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track business performance.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders through clear presentations, reports, and visualizations.
- Automate reporting processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about business problems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.
