Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure real-time data availability
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to present key metrics to stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data quality checks and governance frameworks
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data models and reports
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
