Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Looker to track KPIs
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product features
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data quality and infrastructure
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or data science roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design expertise
- Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data projects
