Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SQL/Python scripts for large-scale data extraction and transformation
- Design interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize KPIs and business metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and forecast business outcomes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver insights
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Automate reporting processes using cloud-based data pipelines (AWS/GCP)
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analytics experience with SQL and Python
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling skills (regression, hypothesis testing, time series)
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Certification in Google Analytics, AWS, or Microsoft Azure is a plus
