Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines for healthcare analytics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience in healthcare sector
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Tableau
- Strong statistical modeling experience with regression and time-series analysis
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience working with HIPAA-compliant data environments
