Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards translating complex datasets into executive-ready visualizations
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders through compelling data narratives and storytelling frameworks
- Maintain data quality frameworks ensuring 99.9% accuracy across client deliverables
- Mentor junior analysts through peer review sessions and knowledge sharing workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency (window functions, CTEs)
- Advanced expertise in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of translating business problems into data-driven solutions
- Certification in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ impactful data projects with measurable business outcomes
- Experience working with HIPAA/GDPR-compliant datasets
- Exceptional written communication for documenting methodologies and presenting insights
