Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Power BI to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize product features and user engagement
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipeline improvements
- Present findings to cross-functional teams through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
- Drive predictive modeling initiatives to forecast customer behavior
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and Power BI
- Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
- Proven ability to translate complex findings into business recommendations
- Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple concurrent projects
- Familiarity with fintech or SaaS industry data ecosystems
- Excellent communication skills with executive presentation experience
