- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver weekly performance insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations
- Monitor KPIs and metrics, flagging anomalies and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Document data processes and maintain robust data governance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven weekend shift work
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ETL processes
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex insights to non-technical audiences
