Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Identify trends and anomalies to inform product optimization and marketing strategies
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and quality
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data analysis workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and at least one visualization tool
- Proven experience translating complex data into business recommendations
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
