Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Modeling: Design and implement complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business objectives and reporting requirements.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) and comprehensive reports to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Database Management: Optimize SQL queries and ensure data integrity across multiple databases, maintaining high standards of data hygiene.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and assist in strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role within the tech industry.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
