Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and track business performance metrics
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize product features and user experiences
- Maintain data integrity and governance frameworks across enterprise systems
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience in tech/healthcare
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data tools
- Strong business acumen to translate technical insights into actionable strategies
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence preferred
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to executive stakeholders
