Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract and transform data from multiple sources.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and business performance.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify trends and opportunities through statistical analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous cleaning and validation procedures.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership to influence strategic decisions.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and modeling.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into business value.
