Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL and Python to automate reporting processes
- Create compelling data visualizations in Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze customer behavior data to identify growth opportunities and retention strategies
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance dashboards
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise narratives with actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation protocols
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing campaigns and user experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and statistical analysis methods
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) with portfolio examples
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting to C-level executives
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data storytelling projects required
