Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to communicate key metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and validation processes
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize client conversion strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in regression and hypothesis testing
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills translating complex data into business insights
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Experience in retail or logistics analytics highly desirable
