Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product development and marketing campaigns.
- Document data models, analysis processes, and findings to ensure knowledge transfer across the organization.
- Proactively identify data quality issues and implement solutions to improve overall data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical findings into business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
