Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance distributed systems using microservices architecture
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, serverless functions, and event-driven workflows
- Optimize applications for scalability, security, and 99.99% uptime during off-peak hours
- Conduct code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust monitoring solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java, Python, or Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and database optimization
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade software in fast-paced environments
- Experience with night shift operations and global team collaboration
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certifications
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest) and infrastructure-as-code tools
