Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection processes and ensure data quality
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations translating technical findings into actionable business recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record of driving business impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
