Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to visualize complex datasets for stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership through clear, concise reporting.
- Stay abreast of the latest data analytics trends and tools to continuously improve our data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Developer.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for complex querying and data manipulation.
- Strong experience with Python or R for data scripting and analysis.
- Proven expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights.
