Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using modern frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java)
- Lead cloud-native deployments on AWS/GCP with CI/CD automation
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions
- Optimize system performance and scalability for 1M+ user platforms
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Drive innovation through prototyping and experimental feature development
- Champion DevOps practices including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with cloud services
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, or Go)
- Expertise in container orchestration and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong background in building RESTful APIs and event-driven systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence
