Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product performance metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data solutions into production systems
- Present complex findings to non-technical leadership through compelling narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience in tech environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL processes
- Strong statistical modeling background with A/B testing expertise
- Excellent communication skills translating technical insights to business impact
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end data projects with measurable outcomes
