Responsibilities
- Transform Raw Data into Actionable Insights: Design and implement complex data models and statistical analyses to solve business problems and identify key growth opportunities.
- Dashboard Development: Create intuitive, interactive visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to provide stakeholders with real-time access to performance metrics.
- Data Strategy & Governance: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across the organization.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Develop predictive models to forecast market trends, user behavior, and revenue streams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise narratives for non-technical audiences, driving data-informed decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and implement automated solutions to improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Statistical Knowledge: Deep understanding of statistical principles, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and executive teams.
- Tools: Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
