Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns
- Create predictive models to forecast sales and customer behavior
- Present findings to C-suite executives with clear, actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R
- Tableau/Power BI certification or equivalent experience
- Proven track record translating data into business impact
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong communication skills with executive presentation experience
