In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical data analysis and business strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance performance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct In-Depth Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop Data Visualizations: Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to communicate complex findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Support Decision-Making: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Database Management: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, optimize database queries, and maintain data governance standards.
- Project Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define KPIs, track performance metrics, and measure campaign success.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Strong Excel skills required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and derive logical solutions.
