Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large, complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to define data requirements and optimize reporting strategies.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, integration, and validation to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
- Conduct A/B testing and market research to support hypothesis validation and business strategy.
- Document data processes and create standard operating procedures for data analysis workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
