Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor key business metrics and flag anomalies
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and actionable recommendations
- Optimize data collection processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency of analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of translating data into business impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design
