Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Develop advanced analytical models to predict user behavior and optimize conversion funnels
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and provide statistical recommendations for product improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Maintain data integrity and ensure quality through rigorous validation processes
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business insights
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Experience in fintech or SaaS industries highly desirable
