We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable business intelligence that drives strategic decisions across our growing portfolio of financial products.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work 3 days from our modern office overlooking the city skyline and 2 days remotely. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and executives to uncover market trends and optimize customer experiences through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data models using SQL and Python to analyze customer behavior patterns
- Create compelling interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to measure campaign effectiveness and product features
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and build automated reporting frameworks
- Present findings to executive leadership through concise data narratives
- Maintain data integrity across multiple sources and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with demonstrated impact in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis background with experience in hypothesis testing
- Experience building scalable ETL pipelines and data warehouses
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
