Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive Tableau/Power BI dashboards for executive decision-making
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize business KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Lead data quality initiatives and ensure governance compliance across datasets
- Mentor junior analysts and present findings to C-suite stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive data analytics experience in enterprise environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business narratives
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ impactful data-driven projects
