Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to design A/B tests and measure campaign effectiveness
- Create predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear data-driven recommendations
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for accuracy and efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data visualization and statistical analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical modeling skills and experimental design knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Google Analytics or Microsoft Azure Data Scientist preferred
