You'll leverage cutting-edge tools like Power BI and Python to uncover market trends, optimize operations, and directly influence our $50M+ revenue growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks for marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous ETL processes and quality checks
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling visual storytelling
- Lead analytics projects from conception to implementation with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Proven expertise in statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Strong business acumen with experience in retail or healthcare industries
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Google Analytics or Microsoft Azure Data Engineer is a plus
- Experience managing end-to-end analytics projects from data collection to implementation
