Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into strategic recommendations
- Maintain data integrity and develop automated reporting solutions
- Present insights to C-level executives and key stakeholders
- mentor junior analysts and contribute to data governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power Qlik)
- Strong statistical knowledge with A/B testing experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ETL processes
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Remote work experience in distributed teams preferred
