Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection protocols across hybrid cloud environments
- Lead incident response teams during security breaches and cyber-attacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on enterprise systems
- Develop security automation frameworks using Python and SIEM tools
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and California data protection regulations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat analysis
- CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security services and cloud-native architectures
- Proficiency in Splunk, Elastic SIEM, or similar security platforms
- Experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat hunting
- Strong background in network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Zero Trust)
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance (relocation assistance provided)
